Castle Blood Review

This past Sunday Haunt Seekers took a trip to the legendary Castel Blood located in Monesson, PA. This is in a very small town just 1 hour from Pittsburgh and it's a total gem! The haunt makes it the best little town that we have gone through this season! It has a lot to look at upon arriving with it being nicely well-lit and well-detailed on the outside. It has an amazing sign displaying the Castel Bloods logo for all you picture-taking lovers including the castle like house in the background. You'll be sure to get a rememberable picture! Watch out for Boris wandering around the premises ready to make you feel two inches tall with his funny comments about you and the people in your group. Moving on to tickets, you’ll walk right into the line that will snake you right over to the ticket booth where you’ll then proceed to your very long journey through the iconic castle. This will lead you through various corridors, chambers, and stairwells. This is not your typical haunt in the slightest; it’s more of a scavenger haunt hunt. You’ll be given many different objects in different rooms through out your journey and you’ll get to experience what it is actually like to meet some of the most iconic monsters. This includes vampires; and this is a big one! You will need to be on the lookout for they will not stop until they have exactly what they want from you and your group! All actors did an amazing job with their presentations/performances and are very hands on and knowledgeable of how they speak to patrons. Boris will not stop at the ticket booth. You will see him throughout your journey! He will be sure keep you all laughing! Once you’ve completed all the tasks at hand you will finally reach the gift shop filled with various Castle Blood merchandise!

Haunt Seekers has decided that this haunt is a 5 star haunt based on its outstanding difference from all other typical haunts and we highly recommend you seeing this attraction!
